About Us

Incline Property Management is celebrating its 39th year serving the Reno Tahoe Region’s residential homeowner associations (HOAs). We currently provide community management services to over 3,400 homeowners through 70 homeowner associations. Approximately half of our homeowner client base is located in the Reno Carson Dayton environs and half at various Lake Tahoe communities. Early on in the company’s history, the company saw that there were homeowner needs beyond just HOA management, and over the years the company broadened its services to include building repair and maintenance, grounds maintenance, commercial and residential rental agency services, individual property management services, house cleaning services and a robust house check/concierge service. As a licensed general contractor in Nevada (NV#0073611), we have the expertise and the resources to respond to the needs of our clients.
