Job Summary

This position will effectively research, set up, maintain and administer the various online and local software products in use and being considered by the business.  Conduct data extraction, reporting and analysis to inform the business. Time and attendance and POS hardware and software are in-scope for the job.

Job Responsibilities

  • Train users on software as required
  • Set up/configure new and existing software products optimally
  • Document software procedures and processes
  • Assist with digital marketing, social media and other marketing channels
  • Work with department managers to determine their technological needs
  • Work with staff to establish effective and efficient workflows with company software
  • Maintain accurate information and details about the resort and its offering and policies across all digital communication channels
  • Work on projects relating to things that interface to resort software systems
  • Report on and from software systems that are in use, going to be used, or that are being decommissioned
  • Report on various operations from data using data aggregation and analytics
  • Archiving data from systems that are no longer going to be used or subscribed to
  • Assisting with the importing and exporting of data within the organization
  • Advising on new opportunities and best practices regarding technology and its use in the organization
  • Be the bridge between the current IT contractor to the organization and the organization’s staff and other contractors
  • Set up, configuration and maintenance of POS and ticketing hardware and software
  • Configuration of HVAC control software for efficient use of energy and customer comfort
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Scale

$20.00-25.00 per hour

 

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English. 
  • Advanced computer and typing skills required.
  • Knowledge of GA4 will be advantageous, as well as HTML experience
  • Experience: Previous IT experience in areas that are useful when dealing with the aspects of the job as detailed above
